SOPAS

CONSOME DE POLLO

Our savory Chicken Tinga with Mexican rice in slow simmered chicken broth. Sprinkled with fresh cilantro and accented with lime.

Whole pieces of plump shrimp with Mexican rice in a delectable homemade seafood broth. Sprinkled with fresh cilantro and accented with lime.

SOPA AZTECA

A small deep-fried tortilla basket piled high with our famous guacamole pierce with crispy tortilla strips and garnished with sour cream, diced tomato, cheese and fresh cilantro. Now place this scrumptious basket of textures and tastes into a bowl of richly seasoned chicken or vegetable broth we make from scratch.

ENSALADAS

ENSALADA DE NOPAL

Tender pickled cactus seasoned with oregano and lime and combined with onion, tomatoes, avocado and cilantro garnished with feta cheese and crispy tortilla strips.

ENSALADA HACIENDA

A fresh combination of mixed greens lettuce, with carrots, dark beets, sliced roma tomatoes, onions served with our vinaigrette house dressing.

ENSALADA CAESAR

Fresh romaine lettuce tossed with creamy Caesar dressing homemade croutons, real bacon bits, and Parmesan cheese.

ANTOJITOS

Alternative word for a Mexican snack designed to satisfied a craving. They are delicious and perfecto for lunch or as appetizers. Order a few different ANTOJITOS for your table and share them - It's a wonderful way to sample a variety of specialties from different regions of Mexico. As well, adding one of our hearty soups or salads will make a fabulous meal out of any antojitos.

The following Four recipes to enjoy as fillings or toppings on a variety of ANTOJITOS:

TINGA: tender chicken breast shredded and gently cooked with medley of onion and, tomatoes.
COCHINITA PIBIL: is a Yucatan recipe that includes succulent shredded Pork Loin wrapped in banana leaves and simmered in a delicious Mayan sauce made with orange juice, annato seeds, cinnamon and other spices.
PICADILLO: our home style from Jalisco state is with tender shredded roast beef cooked with potatoes in a tasty tomato sauce.
VEGETARIAN: delicious home made beans as well as tender pickled cactus.

Don't forget to ask for Spicy sauce since our menu items are not spicy at all, but we bring spicy sauce to your table so you can ad it to your taste.

TACOS SUAVES

Three soft corn Tortillas filled with your choice of Tinga, Cochinita Pibil, Picadillo or Vegetarian. Served with our homemade beans, lettuce and our salsa roja.

NACHOS

Crispy home made corn chips layered with melted mozzarella and served with our homemade beans, served with a side dish of Salsa Roja.

QUESADILLAS

GUACAMOLE

We take great pride in this Mexican Classic. Our famous guacamole is made to order with freshly peeled avocado, tomatoes,onions, fresh cilantro and served with a generous helping of our crispy homemade tortilla corn chips. Not to be missed!!!.

QUESO FUNDIDO

Melted mozzarella topped with chorizo, a savory Mexican sausage cooked in a bed of ancho and huajillo chiles, served with soft corn torillas.

COCTEL DE CAMARON

Plump juicy shrimp served in a chilled Margarita glass with fresh cucumbers, lime and Salsa Mexicana.

TACOS AL PASTOR

Three soft corn tortillas filled with tender marinated Pork Loin and pineapple, served with our homemade beans and our famous guacamole.

GRINGA

Marinated pork loin and pineapple in a flour tortilla with mozzarella cheese and side of green salsa.

Your choice beans or savory mashed potatoes wrapped in four corn tortillas rolls that are deep-fried to crispy perfection. Served over lettuce topped with sour cream and crumbled feta.

CAMARONES A LA DIABLA PICANTE

A hot spicy dish of juicy Shrimp grilled in savory slow simmered Salsa de Huajilllo and Chipotle peppers, served with Mexican rice, small salad and homemade beans.

PESCADO JALICIENCE

Grilled fish on a piping hot bed of Salsa Verde. Topped with a tangy mango salsa and lavishly garnished with crisp corn tortillas strips and our famous guacamole. Accompanied by Mexican rice.

FAJITAS

This Mexican specialty is not a wrap as you might have thought. Fajitas are thin-sliced cuts of beef or chicken marinated and bursting with flavour on a sizzling bed of sautéed bell peppers and onions, and served with Mexican rice. Fajitas are accompanied on the side by our famous guacamole, sour cream, salsa roja and a plate of soft warm corn tortillas. Feel free to create your own custom-made wraps!!!.

FAJITAS VEGETARIAN

As above, but the meat is replaced by our delicious homemade beans.

FAJITAS DE CAMARON

ENCHILADAS VERDES OR ROJAS

Four lightly seasoned corn tortillas wrapped around our chicken tinga or homemade beans. Smothered in you choice of Salsa Verde or Salsa Roja made with ancho chiles and tomatoes. Garnished with shredded iceberg lettuce, crumbled feta, and drizzled with sour cream. Mexican rice and our homemade beans are served on the side.

ENCHILADAS DE MOLE

Four lightly seasoned corn tortillas wrapped around our chicken tinga or homemade beans. Smothered in you choice of piping hot Mole Rojo or Mole Verde. Mole Rojo is a rich brown sauce based on an ancient Puebla recipe that we've made uniquely our own. It's a slow simmered blend of dried chiles, spices and peanuts infused with a pinch of Mexican Chocolate. Mole Verde is delightful green sauce of tomatillos, green peppers and pumpkin seeds and cilantro.

POLLO CON MOLE

A full breast of cucculent chicken smothered in our rich brown slow -simmered Mole Rojo or Mole Verde (see enchilada de Mole above). Served with Mexican rice, a fresh garden salad, and our homemade beans.

TAMPIQUENA

Thin slices of tender steak cooked in a juicy tomato sauce accompanied by two homemade bean Enchiladas Verdes, and garnished with shredded lettuce, sour cream, and feta cheese. Tampiquena is served with Mexican rice and our famous guacamole.

MOLCAHETE DE PUERCO EN SALSA VERDE

Succulent cuts of pork seared on the grill and topped with Salsa Verde. Served over crispy corn tortilla strips, and accompanied by Mexican rice and our homemade beans and our famous guacamole.

BURRITO

One large wheat-flour tortilla filled with your choice of Tinga, Picadillo, Cochinita Pibil or Vegetarian. Topped with freshly shredded iceberg lettuce, sour cream, and crumbled feta. Burritos are accompanied by our homemade beans and our famous guacamole and salsa roja.
